Improving and maintaining brain health and well-being as we age is our primary concern at the National Brain Health Center (NBHC). As its name indicates, the NBHC is a national resource for people interested in cognitive health and wellness. The NBHC is based on a partnership between CounterPoint Health Services and the BCAT® Research Center, allowing us to leverage the best research and healthcare providers possible. The NBHC strongly supports the Brain Health – 7 (BH-7) program which has been demonstrated to improve overall brain health and wellness. We place a special emphasis on brain health coaching.
