Dr. Phillips is the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and is also a member of the company’s leadership team (CPL). She is responsible for the direction, development, and implementation of company initiatives that promote the DEI mission to ensure employees at all levels feel included, valued, and supported. Dr. Phillips earned degrees in psychology, healthcare administration, and occupational therapy from Fielding Graduate University, Towson University, and Howard University, respectively. She has over 25 years of experience, with expertise in rehabilitation psychology. Her focus has been on adult mental health including neurocognitive assessment, individual and group treatment, consultation, staff training, and supervision in acute, sub-acute, and long-term care settings.
